All Kollev pieces are currently offered as pre-orders. This means your item is produced and prepared after your order is placed. Please allow additional time for production before dispatch.

 

2. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

 

3. Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times vary depending on your location:

• Australia: 3–8 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors outside our control.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

 

5. Delays

As this is a pre-order model, delays may occasionally occur. If there are any significant changes to your order timeline, we will communicate this with you as soon as possible.

 

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Details

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Kollev is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
