As Kollev operates in Australia, all purchases are subject to Australian Consumer Law. This policy outlines when returns and refunds are available.

 

2. When Returns or Refunds Are Not Available
We do not offer returns or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind (e.g. no longer wanting the item, incorrect choice, or finding it cheaper elsewhere)
  • The issue arises due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
  • The issue was clearly disclosed before purchase
  • The issue was caused by a third party and not Kollev

 

3. When Returns or Refunds Are Available
Returns or refunds are only available where a major problem with the item exists.

A major problem includes situations where:

  • The item differs significantly from its description
  • The item is unsafe
  • The item has multiple minor issues that together form a major failure
  • The item is not fit for its intended or disclosed purpose
  • A reasonable customer would not have purchased the item if they had known about the issue

 

4. Minor Issues
If the issue with the item is considered minor, we may choose to repair or resolve the issue. A refund or replacement is not automatically required.

 

5. Return Conditions
If a return is approved:

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order
  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

6. Refunds

7. Exchanges
Due to the pre-order nature of our products, all sales are final and exchanges are not available. Each item is made to your selected size and order specifications, so please review sizing carefully before purchasing.

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not guaranteed due to production commencing.
